How do you claim a lost phone on Orange network, and how easy is the procedure? - orange network

Want to know the procedures to recover, or to a new phone if you lost in the Orange network request. The procedure, and if it is a grueling process?

Hi, this is not a difficult process to make a complaint or accusation. Only a few points:
1. Do you care to Orange, such as your insurance? If you do, you do not need a check for $ 50, according to the conditions of the state for each successful application to a € 15 administrative fee will be free and it will go on your next invoice.

I had a nightmare with them!
You need a number of police crime reference within 24 hours you will receive the phone is lost or stolen - for more and will not accept your request.
To do this, call your local emergency number to call the police and tell all the details. Then tell him the number of the crime. Then you call orange and tell them what happened. Then we will send you a new phone and SIM card.

U can be claimed, if ur phone is insured, but if I'm honest to its size in time, a few months, I lost my phone on a night when the city filed a complaint, and they don 'COS I said the path is lost is not classified as negligent guna pay that they themselves had not yet lostg tel me that I have a night when you lose go shopping, but no style ... even if u is a form that UL has u need to send a check and pay if u 50quid Outman do not recover completely, but I had to double that I needed to remind my money, I would do it like a story how good swimmers UR telephone or otherwise used to pay, it was indeed lost rather than cleats

If you have Orange care, you need a new e-mail received the next day, be subject to any claim and accepted on the rate of the potential for more than 15 pounds.
