No, not mandatory, but it is his property like a customer who was himself expelled from the building, the future can install the repair bills as a bunch of fat and moisture in the kitchen for a low-cost repair.

Extractors are relatively inexpensive and requires only a KO and a brick shell £ 4 for the hole. It is the tenants, I love you!

No, but if you're a fan in the window, make sure it is large enough, and there is no way for air to enter the kitchen. Otherwise, it will work can not.

No it is not, however, proper ventilation is necessary, especially for moisture in a large house. You should) 1.5 m or more work surface (according to the area, and need to wash the clothes dryer. Remove the tiles from a poly walls and ceiling. It would be a good idea to use a fire extinguisher and a blanket.

In the United Kingdom is not necessary, but must allow adequate ventilation fan, if a window is probably necessary

When I go to the fan intake and exhaust to the outside to reduce fat and steam damage to the building and to avoid repair costs

is not required by law in the United Kingdom, but control of the building that says we must have proper ventilation, see the rules for the M3 Real cos it depends on the size of the room.
Try not to use a window fan, you have problems in the future, a wall, a little better in the long-term
Problems 6 "/ 8" is more than enough for what you need.
