This is the only way to do this.
Tell the Assembly to ask what plans "that promise and see what happens.
If you get enough donations for the construction of the building, that's what happens when you do not drop them the idea.
A church should not always, not in a million years to borrow money for any reason, under any pretext.
And should never allow any church members seek donations from passers-by intersections. It is the smallest thing you can do the church.
If God is in the project, the money reached, unless God is in it, you should ask for money.
